In our vineyards we grow nearly all kinds of styrian grapes. The major part of our vineyard is adjusted to the South-South-East. The slopes are very precipitous and therefore a lot of the work in the vineyard has to be done by hand - Circumstances that have their effect in the quality of our grapes.

The primary product for our quality wines are best grapes. We care to handle them most carefully and hygiene and tidiness in our wine-cellar are very important for us. We use containers made of high-grade steel for fermentation. The temperature can be controlled electronically. For storage and maturity wooden barrels and high-grade steel containers are used.
